About Us

植物細菌交互作用

本實驗室的專長是利用生物化學、細胞生物學等方法,植物細菌之致病機制及植物免疫。目前研究以細胞骨架為主,細胞骨架為植物細胞內重要胞器,以Actin為例,除了提供植物細胞的主要結構之外,其功能還包含作為其他胞器及蛋白質的運輸以及訊息傳導的媒介。先前研究已發現細菌會改變植物Actin的結構,我們將繼續探討Actin在植物免疫所扮演的角色。

另外,本實驗室將研究Calcium dependent protein kinase (CPKs)如何藉由調控植物細胞生理生化作用進而影響植物抗病機制。


環境因子對細菌性病害的影響

氣候變遷造成劇烈的氣候變化,與人類息息相關。本實驗室將針對植物在高溫、高濕、以及乾旱環境下監測細菌性病害對茄科植物及十字花科作物的影響,以期能找到最佳防治策略。
